We manufacture precisely fitting carriers for your moulded parts. KIGA is not only at your side as a producer, but also develops the right product for you. No dependance from large quantities: we even process small and medium-sized serial productions at an economically attractive price. We use deep-drawing techniques to process material thicknesses of up to 12 mm with a maximum size of 2000 x 1250 mm and a forming depth of 500 mm. It is also possible to use various materials (ABS, PE, PC, PP, PS, etc.) specially adapted to your product, including electrically conductive and coloured plastic.
