Space saving
More than storage.
Many products have to be stored or transported dust-protected. In order to reliably protect the goods from moisture, the KIGA folding boxes for pallets are used and offer decisive advantages compared to conventional mesh boxes: they can be folded to save space (up to 80 % space saving compared to a metal mesh box), have a low own weight and can also reliably store bulk material. Another advantage: folding boxes for pallets can be customised. The boxes themselves can be constructed and used in a variety of ways, for example with or without a loading flap or locking mechanism, with various lid versions, base inserts and more.
Lid
Available pressed or deep-drawn for Europallet size (800 x 1.200 mm), deep-drawn for all other sizes.
Folding sleeve
Available in various sizes and with or without loading hatch. Light wall thickness 6,5 mm (superimposed load 500 kg), heavy wall thickness 10 mm (superimposed load 1.000 kg).
Optional lock
For fixating the folding sleeve to the pallet and the lid (KIGA Box Secure).
Pallet
High-quality plastic pallet available in the following sizes: 600 x 800 mm, 800 x 1.200 mm (Europallet size), 845 x 1.245 mm (lattice box size with internal dimensions of 800 x 1.200 mm), 1.000 x 1.200 mm (industrial size), and 1.200 x 1.200 mm.
Skids
Almost all our pallets can be equipped with 3 skids each. For high racks or automated transport. With the 1.000 x 1.200 mm and 1.200 x 1.200 mm versions, the skids are included.
